Bad corporate environment, no humanity - Anonymous employee Mars Employee Review

The company treats better pets than their employees. The leadership team was micromanaging me. I had two managers and each one of them had different requirements/communication style. Even though I tried to meet their expectations, they would lie about me not doing my job. They made me read a book about dealing with life failure and report to one of the managers about my thoughts which obviously had to be in line with the book. I had to find 'role models' within my team and take example from them which was basically bunch of same old corporate bs. I had a deadlines to do all that, otherwise I'd be fired... At the same time I had a difficult personal situation I was going through and one of the managers forced on me to tell them the details. It was the most humiliating experience I've ever had in my professional career. I will never recommend this company to anyone as this was so traumatising.
