Pros
I met some amazing people at Mars and was able to learn a great deal about the company. In the time I was there I grew professionally, traveled, learned and had some fantastic experiences.
Cons
All of my line managers were incompetent and unable to help me in the roles I had at Mars. The recruiting process is a joke and the company hires inept people while at the same time ignoring hard-working, able candidates for open jobs.
