Supportive colleagues, but management is challenging - Senior Onsite Specialist Marsh Employee Review

Management is hard to work with. Always coming up with new standards and processes of which we don't have time for because there's to much work. Colleagues leave and the company doesn't seem willing to replace. Not much room for advancement or moving into other positions.
