Stressful - Account Coordinator Marsh Employee Review

Very stressful and overwhelming Pay could be better for amount of work we do Felt like every day they added something new that we didn’t go over in training. The job is very stressful and overwhelming trying to manage multiple things at once. Feel like when we interviewed for the job and had the training they made the job seem completely different than what it actually is. If you go in for this job make sure you ask for more pay, what they offer isn’t worth it.
