Pros

Benefits are great if you have a family!

Cons

Pay is horrible compared to market standards. They constantly acted like there was opportunities for growth and only reduced the positions to send jobs overseas. Upper management is a joke. They host town square meetings where they small talk about vacationing overseas and their luxury lifestyles, however, they can’t justify raises for promotions and market adjustments.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative marketing leadership team. Leadership welcomed new ideas and outside perspectives. Clear direction from leadership, modern NYC office, and strong investment in marketing operations, technology, and innovation. I had the opportunity to meet with John Doyle several times. He always came across as decisive, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the business and its people. That tone carried through much of the leadership culture. I also enjoyed working for John Jones. He was a strong leader who set clear objectives, communicated priorities well, and created realistic expectations for the team. That clarity helped the organization stay focused while still encouraging innovation and new ideas.

Cons

Like many large enterprise organizations, decision-making could move slowly at times due to the matrixed structure and number of stakeholders involved across business units.

Pros

Great people including great management at lower levels that really care for their people. Lots of autonomy to do your job with support when you need it.

Cons

Senior management and Human Resources awful and out of touch with workers. Broken compensation system with no transparency that openly discriminates against older long-term employees. Low merit increase which mean no raise many years and know cola so older employees working for less in inflation adjusted dollars every year while new hires are paid competitive market rates.
