Pros

Members of teams are close-knit Company is active in diversity and charity work Senior members of the company tend to be knowledgeable about the industry and are happy to share knowledge

Cons

An excessive amount of AVPs and VPs lead to inflated egos that borders and occasionally crosses the line on abusiveness to employees in junior roles, and there is little that can be done in defense. Poor adaptation of technology leads to well-intended but crudely executed changes that greatly hinder the ability to work at the pace required. In addition, work loads are extremely high with no bonuses or acknowledgements to reflect the amount of overtime involved; it is difficult to move upwards within the company, and you are forced to leave the company to get any type of significant raise or promotion.
