Pros
Great minds, great clients to work with and learn from, access to resources is great, global company and reach for learning and more, great sister companies and global brand. Industry practices are full of information and you can access a resource pretty easily.
Cons
Do more with less - this is common in most large corporations. Ask for feedback. Sometimes it is not given. Set expectations with management. Very traditional management in many respects, and heads are sometimes bigger than the doorway - important to learn how to work with some people
