      - Friendliness of associates (could vary by location) - Management is respectable but also very friendly - Hours are very flexible - Easy to get promoted

      Cons

      - When you start out you're not given more than 20 hours a week - Sometimes you're hired for only one position (stockroom or the floor) and do not have the opportunity to learn how to do the cash register
