Pros
-good if you want to work part time -you always have something to do, so you'll not get bored -can schedule hours according to you availability
Cons
-if you want to work full time, sometimes they don't give you enough hours -too stressful because it is often busy and you have to handle all by yourself -not enough staffs on the floor -hate the company's policy of returns -the managers are not always on the same page
