Pros

Benefits in general, flexible schedule, 401 k, insurances.

Cons

From Store managers to regular associates, everybody is overworked and understimated. There is no opportunities for advancement or is very limited, depending in who is your DM. THERE IS VERY LITTLE TRAINING, but high expectations. Payroll at store is never enough so they demand you to do more in less ours. How is it possible that one person is responsabile of recover half of a store in 4 hours and make it look lke Macys, after a whole day of customer trashing every single display. The recognition are like made for retarded people, like for example, a candy for sign in a customer for a credit card. The store AC is bad, prepare to sweat, even customers complain but home ofice dont care. Some managers sit in the office for the whole shift. No christmas partyes anymore, may be pizza or a sandwich. They ofered coordinator the opportunity to become managers but there is no openings and if there is any, they hire from outside. The stores are bombarded with trucks 6 days a week in most location and with a handfull of employees they demand a clean backroom. Is like working in a third world country no less. Unless you have a college degree and work for the home office, do not even think of work here.
