Pros
Once you've completed training and feel comfortable in your role, there is little stress to the job and you have plenty of flexibility in terms of role. There are some amazing people that work for Marshals and I appreciated the flexibility in my role .
Cons
There was a high rate of employees not showing up for shifts and calling in sick. I felt that the management team at this particular location was often disorganized and overwhelmed. Communication was often unclear. Some members made little to no effort in building and maintain relationships with associates, often generating a feeling that I was just a number.
