Cons
- Company's system is very outdated. - Treats Evert customer like a criminal if they lose their receipt - Kissing up will get you a promotion - workload is nowhere near worth the pay. - management is lazy and inexperienced - work life balance sucks. They want you to work every day for the cruddy pay - the discount is only 10% - the training is awful. You are thrown to the dogs and expected to catch on overnight - actually leave notices that require no rto in certain months - coordinators given too much freedom. They leave the slack for regular associates - weird rules that really make no sense - job really isn't worth it unless you really need a job. But don't expect much.
