Pros
You are surounded by decent merchandise, they are meticulous with policies and that means scheduled breaks etc.
Cons
Management: You get the good cop bad cop type managers. And well...lets say the bad cop managers are horrible and very disrespectful. They dont take you to the side to tell you what you did wrong they flat out scream at you in front of customers and co workers. Department: If you work at domestics or accessories (where i work) it's nearly impossible to get things fiished. My feet are throbbing after a part time day and my back is consistently damp with sweat. This is hard labor. I know from experience a fast food jobs are less laborious. HOWEVER... If you are a cashier or in the shoe department then yes this job may be okay. Theres not as much work there.
