Not “people first” as advertised - Planner Martin-Brower Employee Review

Very little upward movement. This company will try to own you for that slightly higher pay and work life balance is AWFUL. No training or support given and awful on-boarding. Don’t expect guidance or support from managers. Management keeps touting people first however actions are completely disconnected from that statement.
