Poor decision on my part - Field Human Resource Manager Martin-Brower Employee Review

At the Field level, Human Resources is considered a joke and I should have known not to take the job when someone on the panel interview fell asleep! Sr. Management's answer is to these problems is if you can endure it long enough you can move to Chicago and then get to have fun with all the strategic projects they do. But it is not worth compromising your ethics.
