      Pros

      Some good team members to work with on the ground.

      Cons

      No systems in place. They have a no Dhead policy yet there are heaps of them in the company. HR is useless and bully staff so you’re just on your own in the company and you have to kiss the right cheek(can’t use the right word here) to survive.

      Martinus is a great company to work for. The leadership truly tries to do right by people and honor their words. Competitive salaries and willingness to promote from within and mentor valued staff.

      Some growing pains that come with a fast growing company.

      Flexible schedules for doctor appointments.

      Cons

      Communication is horrible between leaders. They fail to communicate with staff. Cash flow is horrible. Tax liens out in every state. Failed to submit withholdings for 3 years.
