      -Mainly new and worthful work is handled by US teams. Indian teams are just support teams. -Average Benefit & Compensation in the market. -Worst Hiring Team. Simply "The Worst".

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
