Not great fit - Project Manager Marvell Technology Employee Review

The culture is amazing. Everyone appears to want to chip and move a project forward or resolve an issue.

Not specific to Marvell, but the diversified nature of our work locations can sometimes be a challenge.

I worked with highly talented engineers on challenging projects and learned a great deal about embedded systems and software development. The engineering culture encouraged collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, making it an excellent place to grow professionally.

As with many large organizations, some processes and decision-making could be slow, and cross-team coordination occasionally added delays to project execution.
