Great people, company doesn't show they care - Mechanical Engineer Marvin Engineering Employee Review

The perceived company motto is "A raise/good wages? You should be happy you have a job! Ok, we'll just let you work overtime instead..." They don't match 401k contributions at all. Vacation is pretty much reallocated for you. If you're salaried, the company is fine with you working over hours a week and not giving you overtime. But if you only work 39, you're only getting paid for 39. So its really more like wages with a cap. Yearly reviews and raises seem to get pushed back longer and longer.
