An enormous backlog, excellent health care.
Cons
Nonexempt workers treated as hourly. You can work a lot of overtime, but are limited to 3 days personal leave per year. If you work 6hrs and leave for 2 to visit Dr, you are charged 2 hrs personal leave, even though you exceed 40 hrs for the week. Very high turnover in mid level management.
