Pros

Almost everything I've learned about direct sales, motivation, and leadership I initially learned from here and from Mary Kay Ash's books. One of the most generous profit percentages in retail sales in the industry. I have met life-long friends and mentors. They recognize my birthday and consultancy anniversaries. Customers have a strong loyalty. Product exchange process works smoothly.

Cons

While I understand the philosophy behind the dress code, it is rather rigid and outdated for someone like me who works this very part-time outside of full-time employment. I am professional but have to be practical and genuine to my personality. The color-coded dress by rank at company events can be intimidating. Your title can change monthly based on production, so I wasn't consistently able to wear my red jacket. Other companies let you claim your highest earned badge title for a year before official "demotion." I wish the quarterly qualifying production to remain active could be cumulative and not in one big order for more flexibility. And I wish incentive trips weren't only for the top elite.

Pros

-Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

Cons

-Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
