      Company values, fun industry, the people make the difference. There is so much opportunity & the company supports your growth.

      Silos can make it difficult. The teams are lean so there is a lot work, balancing it can be difficult.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
