      You meet great people and customers become friends for life.

      Cons

      You get out of it what you put into it. Do not let your consultant let you think this is a great idea for you if you do not have the time to dedicate to it. If you do then reach for the moon you can do it.

      The people who are left are lovely

      Cons

      You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
