Pros

Tons of people to turn to for help, very concise information. Only $100 to start up. As long as you attend the unit meetings and keep in touch with your recruiter and director you will know everything you need to get your feet off the ground. Can be a full time job, part time job or just a hobby - it's all up to you and how you work your business.

Cons

a little overwhelming at first with a lot of information being thrown your way, it is hard to let it all sink in. $5 for the unit meetings (but if you're selling, it shouldn't be too big of a deal). The InTouch website has a LOT of information and it seems almost impossible to navigate through all of it in a timely manner.

Pros

The people who are left are lovely

Cons

You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
