Pros

They have good products and you are able to get them half off and sometimes more than half off, or even sometimes for free if you become a consultant.

Cons

Every third month you have to buy $225 worth of their products at wholesale, which means 450 at retail. You will always have to pay shipping everytime an order is placed. Mary Kay has good products, but if you are not ready to over exaggerate or fake it till you make it in order to sell or recuit than you'll be digging yourself out of a hole financially. Also, read ALL the fine print as you can be prosicuited if trying to sell their products, even it is just saying you work for MaryKay. A consultant is contracted and the company does not allow consultants saying they work for MaryKay. It's all about the wording. They don't go after everyone, but they are able too and have done to many consultants.

Pros

-Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

Cons

-Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
