      Restaurant downstairs is very convenient, pay, benefits, I feel heard. Work/Life balance. They make me feel important

      IT can't get out of their own way. Slow to change. Dress Code

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
