opportunity to grow big as fast as you want. self employed, you make your own schedule. sales directors are very driven to take you high. if you became a director you will be provided with a vehicle as long as you keep working. they are very discipline and devoted, they teach you that if you want something you have to work for it otherwise you don't get to enjoy all the benefits that you can give yourself.

Cons

time consuming and recruiting is sometimes difficult.

The people who are left are lovely

Cons

You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
