      The company takes great care of their associates including management. Financial compensation is outstanding.

      Cons

      Not much upward career growth. Folks stay forever because the company is such a great place to work. Business is now in a downturn and not growing.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
