Pros

I worked with some really nice ladies. The discount of 50% off products was very good. The team I was a part of did really well and offered wonderful training g opportunities.

Cons

Because the team I was a part of did very well they expected a lot of you. I had “mandatory” trainings that were at 7am on Saturdays which sucked. They offer many different products but they don’t add very many new items very often so you really have to try and sell the tried and true products. It’s a typical MLM, you pretty much get out of it what you’re willing to put in.

Pros

The people who are left are lovely

Cons

You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
