      PTO and vacation is good. Opportunity for advancement is good. 401K and profit sharing is good.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't what they used to be. Compensation hasn't been adjusted form the offset of the benefits. Company has been on a steady decline since Mary Kay Ash's death.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
