      Pros

      Benefits are excellent. Culture is "go-give" and they work by the Golden Rule. Promotions are given fairly. Executive management thinks before they act.

      Cons

      Formal culture - shirts, ties. Women must wear jackets if they wear pants. A little stuffy. They need to update their image.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
