      You make your own schedule and work at your own pace. You can be as successful as you choose to be, when you choose to be. Allowing you to spend as much time with God & Family as you choose.

      Cons

      In order to be the most successful you should keep an inventory and some times that is a bit more expensive than one cares to afford, you have to order 250.00 to get your 50% price. If a customer wants just a moisturizer and you don't have it in Inventory you'll have to place a 250.00 order.

      The people who are left are lovely

      Cons

      You are expected to perform outside your job description. Promotions are nearly impossible. Layoffs are now part of the culture. The "pink bubble" only applies to you when they need you. Once they declare you disposable, their attitude towards you drastically changes. When you get laid off, their package is pittance.
