I get to work when I choose and how much I choose, which means time for family and friends. PLUS! I get my makeup at cost and can give fun discounts whenever I WANT TO! And I can win prizes and trips and meet lots of fun ladies! What's not to like? Everyone is very helpful and willing to share all their tips and documents and ideas on how to make your career fun and profitable.
Cons
Slow periods can be hard when still wanting to keep good inventory. But if you're good with a budget it's very doable especially as that's a good time to run a sale :)
