      Pros

      The company genuinely cares about its employees. The work environment is particularly satisfying and the recognition given to the Sales Directors is wonderful.

      Cons

      Hard company to get in to at corporate office. They hire from within a lot which is good for the current employees however.

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
