Pros
I had some amazing department managers and supervisors, was part of a great team, and learned a lot about my industry. The company paid for annual membership to a professional organization.
Cons
I started working there during COVID, fully remote. They made us go "back" to the office gradually, and were on a schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days WFH, which was not ideal but worked well. When the current CEO took over, he forced us to be in the office 4 days a week, which nobody liked, especially when so many of us could work fully remote and had no reason to be in the office at all.
