      Excellent benefits, bonuses, salary, and especially generous profit sharing; my supervisors were outstanding; stay up-to-date on latest technologies and encourage learning and certifications

      Cons

      Mulit-year decline in revenue after COVID is causing layoffs; constantly reduced workforce is more work for those remaining

      -Commute and parking garage. -WFH on Fridays

      Cons

      -Work in office M-Th. -If you have a disability it's like they try to trip you up on purpose. Not much compassion/empathy/understanding. -Can't work your way up/advance career. -They will cut you short -A cult to support the MLM consultants.
