Clinician - Clinician Mary's Center Employee Review

Very little autonomy over clinic schedule, minimal breaks in schedule, patients show up too early for appointments and schedule flow often is chaotic and too fast paced. 15 min visits for new patients and lots of pressure on productivity. IT support could use improvement. Two of the offices are very small and could use major renovations and expansion. Not a diverse patient setting.
