Pros
Some perks are, driving a company vehicle, additional company phones and ipad.
Cons
Your 10 hour work day will turn into 15 plus hours and they consist mostly of driving. In order to make it to appointments that are 2-3 hours away you will leave at 4am and not get home till 9 or 10 pm. In addition vehicles are set to start beeping if you go over 70 mph and will go off randomly when you are turning etc. This will dock your incentives big time! Do not expect them to work with your schedule if your going to school or are a parent. Will not hire enough employee's to keep up with appointment demand and in turn makes your metro area suffer and you work overtime.
