      feels like a family away from home, we work together, we travel together and joke together. I choose to work here because I like the people I work for and with.

      Cons

      The pay could be a bit better but again I choose to work here and I stay not because of the pay because of the people.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
