I worked for two years Long hours no time off supervisors complain about working late because the job goes over hard to find new workers because most new hires can't pass background checks rate of pay is ok if you are a fast tech Summer's you work 6/1 schedule if work is behind then you may be on 6/1 work schedule for many months or all yr. travel techs who have tools stolen from company vans must pay out of pocket for replacement tools when the company claims it their insurance. Then to make it worse tech is out of state so police don't care to pursue the issue. My case the got a full facial pic of the thief. Supervisors only care about their pods and the bonuses that get for their teams. It something gets damaged at the customer home the tech must take a drug test and then return to work the next day.
