Pros
You will get a company phone, and company van. work week is 5 -6 days. company helps you get basic tools for job. work is basicly unsupervised. you will get left alone for the most part.
Cons
work day can be from 5 am to as late as 11 pm. most days over by 5 or 6. company has little or no good management ability. you will be asked for same info 3-4 times some times in same week. turn over rate is high. you will make from 13.50 to 22. an hour but mainly 13.5. a lot of time is on clock but not really paid hourly. if customer files insurance on you it will cost you 500 each time. and you will get written up. lots of focus on teaching customer how to rate you on post job survey. where you need 10's and yeses to pass. you bring home pay will be 1100 to 1300 every two weeks. company charges almost 400 every two weeks for benefits.
