      You can make a lot of money if you do not care about the customer experience or doing the job correctly

      Cons

      Company only cares about gains. Overwork employees to unsafe conditions. Supervisors constantly creating rules that employees must adhere to even though the time allotted for each job does not include the extra paperwork. Hard to do the job correctly and make a respectable compensation.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Cons

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
