      - Little to no micromanagement as long as you do your job. - Senior management encourages hearing ideas/feedback from all levels. - Paid gas in company vehicle & company phone. - Great growth opportunity.

      Cons

      - Paid off incentive structure (which is mostly based off customer surveys). - Geotab in company vehicle limits your speed to not more than 5 MPH over the speed limit.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
