Pros
Sustainable pay, great lower management, good chance to build strong team that works well together. As long as issues are compartmentalized they can be dealt with without oversight.
Cons
Long hours, management cares only about the numbers and reputation. They will let you go without any solid proof justifying the action. Leadership (upper management) will take no time to mentor or create a plan of action for lower management that slip up. Will abuse "right to work" without a second guess.
