Business Outlook
Pros
Great work and life balance when you are working a 5-2 schedule as a technician. Pay is descent and a wide opportunities to grow within the company. Company vehicle with gas card and phone. Plenty of PTO and very flexible with days off if needed.
Cons
Pay relies on you closing jobs so if there are no jobs for that day then you can't make any money even if you beg for jobs. Corporate management is treated like royalty while site managers, field tech supervisors and especially field techs are not treated they should be.
