Advancement based on a merit, Company Vehicle, Gas Card, Full Benefits, ESPP, Flexible, Employee Support for personal issues, too many to list! Individual rewards based on good performance and minimal losses to company!
Cons
MasTec is not run by millennials, so instant gratification is not the model. The upper management knows that hard work and dedication pays off for the company and the employee. This is not a CON but rather a PRO!
