The way the warehouse is set up.

Cons

No helper to help the delivery driver except for a 60+ yr old man that has a job because they scared he is gonna sue but yet they killing the driver. They say 1 thing and do the opposite. I could go on and on..,

Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

Cons

Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
