TIME FOR A CHANGE, ALL TALK NO ACTION - Technician MasTec Advanced Technologies Employee Review

Communication, lack of it. Simple Job, but Mastec advance technology group and partner (AT&T DL) make technicians job difficult and time wasted, because they wont allow the control over the system we install, too many channels to reach, long wait for decision in order to get problem resolved. This is the worst business plan and procedure that I ever encounter, its designed to fail. I know it, customers we service knows it, but the ones that create it don't see it. Sad to say or be proud of your work when you have no faith in product you represent.
