      - Upper management actively aware of organizational pulse without micromanaging, also are willing to hear concerns and suggestions at any level. - Opportunity to explore and expand breadth and depth of responsibilities. - Field has good advancement opportunities. - Good benefits package.

      Cons

      - Lack of top-down communication when changes occur. - No real mentoring/professional development resources on corporate side, sink or swim environment.

      Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

      Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
