Pros

Small call center Good Co workers Profit Sharing Bonus at end the year

Cons

Turnover rate Constant changes in policies and procedures Shift bidding at their whim and you have no idea what available schedules will be until it's your turn to choose and then your taken into your sups office and stooped over their desk looking at their monitor or being read to you over the phone and you must make your selection on the spot when they did a large layoff of 60% of the staff on another campaign they were told they would be working until a specific date but employment was unexpectedly ended 2 weeks prior in November right before Thanksgiving Management that rallied for agents were terminated I myself was let go after having my schedule changed 4 times in 3 months and weeks of dealing with being short staffed creating forced overtime and stress and pressure exactly 1 week before Christmas

Leadership was very involved and did everything to set you up for success. My leadership specifically was solution oriented.

Cons

Growth was almost impossible unless someone quit or you moved to another division.
